All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them
— Walt Disney

One of the most powerful things my coaching journey has given me is real clarity and a strong understanding of the things I want to bring to the world. I struggled initially to build this site as I wanted it to be everything all at one but I realised it just needs to hold space for the future versions of me and my hopes and dreams. So if you have found yourself here then this is a glimpse into some of the things I would like to do when the time is right.

Through working with my own coach I have become comfortable in holding the future lightly and just taking small steps toward it. I am not sure how all these things will work out but if any of them resonate with you do reach out- maybe we can collaborate? Maybe we can just dream together .

Coastal Retreats: Write, Reflect, Restore

I want to create beautiful, restorative retreats by the sea — spaces where people can slow down, write, think and reconnect with themselves. Combining the rhythm of the coastline with thoughtful coaching conversations, these retreats would offer space for whatever someone needed whether that is to reflect, find their creativity or just be.. Luxury, calm surroundings and intentional structure would allow people not just to escape their lives for a few days, but to return to them clearer, steadier and more aligned.

Teenage Programme: Understanding the Overwhelmed Brain

I want to work with schools to create a programme or series of programmes that help teenagers understand overwhelm — what it is, what it isn’t, and what is happening in their brains and bodies when stress takes over. Rather than simply telling young people to be more resilient, I want to give them language, insight and practical tools. If we can normalise conversations about stress, mood and mental health early, we can empower a generation to respond to difficulty with awareness rather than shame. I have thought about setting this up as a pay it forward scheme so one school fundraises to enable another school to access the programme.

Sharing My Mental Health: Breaking Stigma

I want to continue sharing my lived experience of burnout and bipolar — I already do this through Oxford Health as part of their programmes of learning for psychologists. I would like to expand this and share it not as a story of crisis, but as a story of learning, adaptation and strength. Speaking openly about mental health in professional spaces challenges the myth that capability and vulnerability cannot coexist. By telling the truth about struggle, recovery and sustainable success, I hope to reduce stigma, increase understanding and create cultures where people do not have to suffer in silence.
